Airline Captain on A320. For all Lufthansa Group Airlines representative for training standards in regard of Crew Resource Management Training, Safety Training, Security Training, First Aid and Fatigue Management Training for all Flight and Cabin Crews.
Since 2002 trying to train and coach Hospital Teams in order to improve Patient Safety, with due consideration of hospital hygiene.
Beside flying the A320, training hospital teams and management teams of industry, also actively training airline crews in Crew Resource Management. Member of EASA Human Factors Collaborative Analysis Group (European Aviation Safety Agency). Frequently invited as keynote speaker addressing Patient Safety, Occupational Safety or Process Safety with a focus on organizational factors and human factors.
